What is RV 2 GO?
RV2GO allows you to do your banking securely and conveniently from your mobile phone. You can view your account balances, look up transactions, transfer funds and pay bills anytime, anywhere.
How do I set up RV2GO?
First, do you have online banking or e-statements?
If yes, then log in to online banking; choose "options" from the menu on the top. Choose Mobile settings and set up your mobile phone. You will receive a text message on your phone to confirm.
If no, then you can quickly get it set up by visiting any of our locations. Tell them you want RV2GO and online banking!
How do I access RV2GO?
Visit www.myrvb.com from your mobile phone web browser.**
**you may have to subscribe to the internet to use this service. If you have questions about internet services on your mobile phone please contact your provider.
Enter your internet banking ID and Password. (hint: bookmark myrvb.com for future use)
What happens if I lose my mobile phone?
Your account information is not stored in your mobile phone, therefore cannot be stolen. When you replace your mobile phone, simply verify that your information is correct by logging into the River Valley online bank and click the "options" tab. Then check your mobile settings.
What if I can't get my mobile phone to work with RV2GO?
- You must enroll through the traditional River Valley online banking system before you can gain access.
- Your phone must be web enabled.
- Your phone must allow secure SSL traffic (you may need to contact your phone provider to determine this)
- If all the steps above have been done please call our Customer Service Center.
What is the cost for RV2GO?
RV2GO is FREE!!
**NOTE: Many wireless carriers will assess fees for internet access and text messaging. Please check with your wireless carrier for their fees and plans.
